Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Timeline:​

• Cancellations made 3-6 days before check-in will be eligible for a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will result in no refund.

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.

 

No-Show Policy:

• Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and have not informed us of a cancellation will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for any refund.

 

Non-refundable Bookings:

​

• Reservations booked under non-refundable rates or promotional offers are not eligible for refunds. These bookings require full payment at the time of reservation.

 

Booking Modifications:

​

• Date changes to reservations made 14 days or more before the check-in date are allowed, subject to availability, and may incur additional fees.

• Modifications made within 7 days of the check-in date will be treated as cancellations and follow the cancellation policy.

 

Refund Processing:

​

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after cancellation approval and will be issued via the original payment method.
