Cancellation Timeline:​

Cancellations made 3-6 days before check-in will be eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will result in no refund.

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
No-Show Policy:

Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and have not informed us of a cancellation will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for any refund.
Non-refundable Bookings:

Reservations booked under non-refundable rates or promotional offers are not eligible for refunds. These bookings require full payment at the time of reservation.
Booking Modifications:

Date changes to reservations made 14 days or more before the check-in date are allowed, subject to availability, and may incur additional fees.

Modifications made within 7 days of the check-in date will be treated as cancellations and follow the cancellation policy.
Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after cancellation approval and will be issued via the original payment method.
